Far-Out Delivery is a supermarket on your palm so you don’t need to go through the hassle of going to a supermarket, facing traffic and standing in queues. Besides by using Far-Out Delivery you can view the entire supermarket within minutes in our website and apps.
How much will it cost me to use Far-Out Delivery?
The only extra charges that might be applied are the delivery fees for the driver.
Do you have Credit Card/ Debit Card services?
Currently, we don’t support online payment but we are working to bring it on our website and apps very soon.
How do I place an order on Far-Out Delivery?
You can order by following these instructions:
Select the items and their quantity, add them to your cart. After which you can checkout by filling in your details. We will send you a confirmation via Whatsapp and live location of the driver. The driver will drop off the items to your doorstep and receive payment from you.
Can I cancel my order? (subject to strict policy i.e.for late orders, missing items, wrong item and delay in delivery)
Yes, you will be able to cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing your order. Please note that you cannot cancel your order later on because your order would have been already processed.
The order I received was not acceptable, how can I contact you?
If the order you received mismatches the order you placed or if there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly through by calling our customer service and we will work accordingly to provide maximum customer satisfaction.
